Social Media and Chats rules of conduct
Welcome to the Innadril Project space, where players gather to share their ideas, discuss gameplay moments, and simply have a good time in the company of like-minded individuals. We believe that a community is valued when each member treats others with respect and warmth. Therefore, we ask you to be polite and demonstrate good manners in our community.
This guide is intended to help you understand how to behave on social networks in our community and what behavior can be expected from other players. Remember that these rules are not limited to specific situations and do not cover all possible cases of inappropriate behavior. In each situation, we will consider the circumstances and make decisions based on respect and fairness.
Our goal is to create a friendly and welcoming community where everyone can feel comfortable. We reserve the right to take sanctions if a player violates these rules or behaves disrespectfully. In all cases, the moderator has the final word. The Innadril Project reserves the right to revoke a player's reading/communication rights on the forum or chats at any time if they violate these rules (or in the case of another violation not specified in the rules).

1. Prohibition of Racism and Nationalism:
Any message, image, or link that directly or indirectly incites national or racial hatred is prohibited.
Posting offensive and defamatory insinuations related to racism and/or nationalism is not allowed.
The use or dissemination of racist and/or nationalist emblems and symbols is prohibited.
Sanctions for violations:
A player found in violation of these rules may be subject to sanctions, which may include:
Temporary or permanent chat and community forum communication suspension, partial or complete account block.
The level of punishment for the violation is determined by the moderator at their discretion, depending on the severity of the violation.
2. Ban on pornography, promotion of violence, and real-life threats:
2.1 Pornography and promotion of violence:
Posting messages, images, or links to websites directly or indirectly associated with the following types of content is prohibited:
Sexual violence and cruelty.
Acts of violence and cruelty of any kind.
Pornography in any form.
Sanctions for violations:
A player caught in such violations will be subject to the following sanctions:
Permanent ban on social media communication.
2.2. Threats in real life:
Posting messages, images, and links to resources that directly or indirectly contain threats and/or hints of violent actions in any area unrelated to the game is prohibited.
Sanctions for violations:
A player caught committing such violations will be subject to the following sanctions:
Temporary suspension from communication in messenger chats and community forums, partial or complete blocking.
The level of punishment for the violation is determined by the moderator at their discretion depending on the seriousness of the violation.
2.3. Disclosure of personal information:
This means disclosing "real" personal information about other forum members or Innadril Project employees without their explicit consent.
Sanctions for violations:
A player caught violating such rules will be subjected to the following sanction:
Final prohibition on social media communication.
3. Insulting religions and beliefs:
We value the diversity of religious beliefs and faiths in our community. Posting messages, images, or links that directly or indirectly:
Depict major religions, religious figures, and personalities in a negative light: We do not allow derogatory or offensive statements that may offend believers and their beliefs.
We encourage all members of our community to show respect for the diversity of faiths and believers. Freedom of religion and respect for religious beliefs are an important part of our culture.
Sanctions for violations:
The severity of the violation will be taken into account by our community moderators. Sanctions may include:
Temporary or permanent restriction on social media communication: Depending on the severity of the violation, the player may be prevented from participating in social media communication.
We strongly urge all participants to adhere to these rules and show respect for different faiths and the religious members of our community. It is important to us that everyone feels welcome and respected here.
4. Drug promotion and illegal activities:
We insist on compliance with the laws and safety principles within our community. Posting messages, images, or links to websites containing:
Mentions of using prohibited substances: We strongly oppose discussing, promoting, and/or propagating the use of narcotics and psychotropic substances that are illegal or pose a threat to health.
Mentions of engaging in illegal activities: It is forbidden to mention, support, or incite actions that contradict the laws and norms of public safety.
Sanctions for violations:
Violations of this rule will be taken very seriously. Sanctions may include:
Temporary or permanent ban on social media communication: Depending on the seriousness of the violation, a player may be excluded from participating in social media communication.
5. Toxic behavior:
Toxic behavior encompasses a wide range of actions and expressions that create a negative and hostile atmosphere within our community. We aim to foster a friendly and respectful environment for all participants, which is why toxic behavior is not tolerated. In this section, we will clarify what we mean by toxic behavior and the sanctions that may be applied in case of its violation.
Instances of toxic behavior include any actions that may disrupt the gaming experience for other players, undermine the operation of the Innadril Project, or cause concerns for the project's administration. These actions include the following:
Harassment, "griefing," toxic, offensive behavior, guidance, or statements in chat that impact other players or otherwise aim to unjustifiably disrupt or undermine the gaming experience of other community members.
Offensive Remarks: Any expressions aimed at insulting, demeaning, or humiliating other community members, whether on the forum or in-game chats, are considered toxic.
Discrimination: Racism, sexism, homophobia, or any other form of discrimination is not tolerated. Expressions of such prejudiced views are considered toxic behavior.
Spam and Flood: Consistently repeating the same off-topic messages and engaging in spam and meaningless flooding in chats can cause discomfort to other community members.
Threats and Slander: Threats to life, physical or moral violence in real life or in virtual spaces are strictly prohibited. Slandering other community members and project staff is also prohibited. We will not tolerate the dissemination of knowingly false or slanderous information about other players and staff.
Provocation and Conflicts: Deliberate provocation of conflicts, creating tension and aggressive statements can create a toxic environment.
Harassing, aggressive, demeaning, or offensive behavior towards the Support Team members, including, but not limited to, through chat, email, or any other means of communication.
The degree of toxic behavior is assessed and determined by the moderators of our community on an individual basis.
Sanctions for violations:
We take the persecution of toxic behavior seriously and will apply sanctions if it is identified. Sanctions may include:
Temporary ban: A player caught engaging in toxic behavior may be temporarily restricted from accessing chats and forums depending on the severity of the violation.
Permanent ban: Repeat or particularly severe cases of toxic behavior may result in a permanent ban from social media communication.
We strongly urge all participants to adhere to respectful and friendly behavior to create a pleasant and harmonious atmosphere for everyone. We hope for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
6. Ban on Political Discussions:
Political discussions can be a source of heated and conflicting debates that divert from the goal of our community, which is to discuss game-related topics. To create a calm and neutral environment, we prohibit political discussions on our communication platforms.
What is Included in Political Discussions:
By political discussions, we mean the following types of content:
Discussing political events, figures, and parties.
Posting politically biased opinions and views.
Religious discussions if they are related to politics.
Posting links to political resources.
Sanctions for violations:
To ensure a neutral and peaceful environment in the community, we will apply the following sanctions in case of a violation of this rule:
Warning: Players who initiate political discussions will be warned by moderators.
Content Removal: In case of a rule violation related to political discussions, the content may be removed, and players may receive a warning.
Access Blocking: Repeated or systematic violations of the rule may result in temporary or permanent access blocking to forums and chats.
We urge all participants to follow this rule and refrain from engaging in political discussions to maintain a calm and friendly atmosphere in our community. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
7. Prohibition on Posting Links to Malicious Software, Fraud, and Hacking:
Posting links to malicious software, fraud, and hacking poses a serious threat to the safety of our players and the integrity of our platforms. To protect our community, we strictly prohibit the posting of links to fraudulent and hacking websites, as well as resources that distribute viruses and other malicious programs.
Under this category, the following types of violations are understood:
Posting links: Posting links to websites or resources that provide access to malicious software, fraud, and/or hacking activities, including viruses, trojans, and other malicious files.
Sanctions for violations:
We take violations in this category very seriously, as they can harm the safety and confidentiality of our players. Sanctions for violating this rule may include:
Permanent Ban: A player caught posting links to malicious programs, fraud, or hacking activities may be immediately and permanently banned from social network communication.
If you witness such violations by other players, please inform us. We appreciate your vigilance and are ready to take action to ensure the safety and security of our participants. We kindly ask you not to post such messages on social networks but rather contact us directly. Thank you for your help in maintaining a safe community.
8. Impersonating an Innadril Employee
Impersonating an Innadril Employee: Posting false information, pretending to be an Innadril staff member, or claiming that you are affiliated with Innadril is prohibited. This includes sharing messages, images, or links that create a false impression of your connection to our project.
Sanctions for violations:
We take violations in this category very seriously and will apply sanctions in case of their detection. Sanctions may include:
Temporary or permanent suspension of communication in messenger chats and community forums, partial or complete blocking.
The level of punishment for the violation is determined by the moderator at their discretion depending on the seriousness of the violation.
We strongly recommend that all participants adhere to these rules and refrain from actions that could damage the reputation of our project and disrupt the gaming experience.
9. Buying and selling of accounts and characters:
Selling and buying of accounts and characters are prohibited. This includes the following actions:
Posting messages on the forum offering to buy or sell accounts or characters.
Posting messages in in-game chats offering to buy or sell gaming accounts and/or characters.
Sharing links to websites, auctions (e.g., eBay), or similar platforms where the buying and selling of accounts or characters takes place.
Publishing a list of accounts and/or characters available for sale, including contact information.
Sanctions for violations:
A player caught violating this rule will be subject to the following sanctions:
Temporary suspension from communication in community messenger chats and forums, partial or complete blocking.
The level of punishment for the violation is determined at the discretion of the moderator based on the severity of the violation.
10. Spam and trolling:
Prohibitions against Excessive repetition of the same or similar phrases: This applies to both forum messages and messages in social media and the in-game chat.
Prohibitions against posting meaningless strings of words and sentences: Creating messages that lack meaningful content is not allowed, including messages in social media.
Prohibitions against creating topics solely for cluttering: We do not permit the creation of topics that do not contribute to discussions, as well as the posting of repetitive or meaningless messages in social media and the in-game chat.
Prohibitions against inciting disorder: This includes stirring up arguments, posting off-topic messages, and rudeness towards other participants on both the forum and in social media and the in-game chat.
Prohibitions against creating duplicate topics: It is not allowed to create new topics to discuss existing topics or similar topics on multiple platforms simultaneously.
Abuse of reports about other community members:
Sending unjustified reports about other community members is prohibited. It is not allowed to use reports as a means of systematically reporting other members without valid reasons.
Sanctions for violations:
Temporary or permanent ban on communication in social networks and in-game chat: Depending on the severity of the violation, a player may be temporarily or permanently excluded from communicating in social networks and the in-game chat.
11. Social Media Advertising:
We support communication on social media and invite participants to share information about our community. However, we strongly oppose advertising that is unrelated to the Innadril project. This category includes:
Advertising any services, businesses, promotions, organizations, and websites not related to the Innadril project is prohibited. It is not allowed to create or distribute advertisements for anything unrelated to our project.
Sanctions for violations:
Temporary chat and community forum communication restrictions, partial or full blocking may be imposed as a penalty.
The level of punishment for a violation is determined by the moderator based on the seriousness of the offense.
12. Discussion of sanctions:
It is important to understand that questions may arise regarding our sanctions at times. We strive to do everything possible to ensure a comfortable atmosphere in our community. However, creating threads and messages to discuss sanctions is not an acceptable way to resolve them.
This category includes:
Creating topics or messages to discuss sanctions applied to a player: This includes posting chat logs or correspondence with the game master.
Creating topics or messages to discuss sanctions applied to a character and/or user on social media.
Sanctions for violations:
Players caught in such violations may be subject to the following sanctions:
Temporary suspension from social media (depending on the severity of the violation).
Disregarding a temporary or permanent communication ban:
This category includes:
Posting messages from another account.
Posting messages from another player on behalf of the violator.
Players caught in such violations face the following sanctions:
Permanent ban from social media.
A user who has been blocked or temporarily banned from our chats can obtain information about the sanctions imposed on them by contacting user support.
Additional Remarks:
We also want to emphasize that negative behavior and violations can vary in seriousness. We will make decisions on sanctions based on the specific situation and its severity.
Please remember that these rules apply to all languages, not just English. Any violations, including those not explicitly mentioned in these rules or characterized differently, will also be subject to punishment.
In conclusion:
By participating in communication (including chats, voice chat, and group searches), you are responsible for your behavior. We ask you to refrain from using offensive or inappropriate language and to avoid promoting hatred or discrimination. Threats and insults are strictly prohibited, regardless of the language used. Violation of these rules will result in restrictions on your account, and in cases of serious or repeated violations, stricter measures will be applied. Please understand that compliance with these rules not only maintains a level of respect and comfort for everyone but also ensures a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. Your agreement to adhere to these rules is important to ensure fair play and protect the interests of all participants.
You hereby agree that Innadril Project will suffer irreparable harm if the terms of this Agreement are not specifically adhered to and enforced, and therefore, you agree that we shall have the right, without bond, other security, or proof of damages, to appropriate equitable remedies with respect to any breach of this Agreement, in addition to such other remedies as we may otherwise obtain under applicable law.
We make every effort to make the Innadril Project a pleasant place for all players. In our games and social networks, you will meet people from all over the world, with different experiences, tastes, and backgrounds. We hope that following these rules will help create a positive and friendly atmosphere. Don't forget that your behavior affects the overall perception of the community.
